We're opening on July 6 ..

We are very close to finalising our COVID-19 plan and have set Monday 6th July as our opening date. We will be getting in touch with our existing bookings very soon to finalise their stays but we still have availability if you are looking to book.

All of this is, of course, still subject to change by either the Resort Management or Government rules, but for now we are set.

Until we have our full policy ready, some of the highlights that you should take into consideration before booking are :

  1. Our maximum capacity is 20 guests

  2. Guests who do not ordinarily live together, or are not intimate, CAN share rooms, but to a reduced room capacity.
EG, a 4 person bedroom will only allow 2 persons to share who do not live together.

  3. We will NOT be supplying linen, towels, doonas or pillows

  4. Guests will be required to clean and sanitise their bedrooms on departure. Expect this to take one person 30 minutes. Otherwise a $25 cleaning fee will apply.

  5. Guests will be required to sanitise their allocated drying room space on departure. Expect this to take one person 10 minutes.

  6. Guests will be required to sanitise their chairs and tables in the dining room before and after each use.

  7. Departure and Arrival times will be strictly enforced in the early afternoon.

  8. You will be allocated crockery for your rooms use

  9. You may be allocated a fixed kitchen time window. Please bring pre-prepared meals where possible.

  10. You may be allocated a specific bathroom for the duration of your stay

  11. All capacity limits must be observed

  12. All general distancing and sanitation requirements need to be respected

  13. If you show any COVID-19 symptoms you will have to leave the lodge and return home

  14. We will take a 25% deposit on booking

  15. We will require all guests names, address and contact details before your booking will be confirmed

  16. You will be supplied with a copy of our COVID Safe Operating Plan

  17. You are required to read and sign the waiver of liability before your booking will be confirmed. This must be provided to the Booking Manager via email

  18. On confirmation, the remaining 75% of your booking will be charged

  19. We will offer full refunds for any reason we have to cancel the booking

  20. We will offer full refunds for any COVID-19 related cancellations

  21. Our regular refund policy will apply in all other cases

Sorry for the long list, that is just the highlights! We have a large number of requirements on us to open so we appreciate your understanding and compliance with these requirements. Hopefully, the quiet slopes will make up for the extra work in the lodge.
